We treat our patients on a lien basis which means that we bill your attorney once your case settles, and there is little to no out-of-pocket cost to you. At Midtown Medical we always have your best interest at heart so if we can’t treat you in the best possible way, we can refer you to the right person. Do you take referrals from chiropractors?

 Yes, chiropractors have a high success rate in treating injuries related to trauma, however; the more serious injury may require medical attention. We will work collaboratively with your chiropractor to provide you with the best possible care.

What type of doctors do you have?

We have several types of medical specialists ranging from a general practitioner, neurologist and spine specialist to an orthopedic surgeon, allowing us to treat a wide range of trauma-related injuries.

How can I get my records to my attorney?

Once you have been discharged, we will automatically send your records to your attorney’s office. If he or she needs any supplemental records, we will send them out in a timely manner.

What if I need surgery?

We will make every effort to assist in coordinating and scheduling your surgery with your attorney and our surgeons.

What if I need a CAT Scan or MRI?

We will assist you in scheduling your appointment at a facility that’s convenient for you. These procedures can and will be done on a lien basis, meaning no out-of-pocket expense for the patient.

Where do I get my prescriptions filled?

We dispense many of the medications indicated for the injured patient in-house, making it convenient for the patient.

What if i don't have health insurance?

Don’t worry! We provide our care on a lien basis, and your attorney will handle your bill with us when your case settles.

How do I pay for your treatment?

We will bill either your health insurance or MedPay, if available. If you are uninsured, we will see you on a lien-basis, meaning that we will treat you and get paid when your case settles. You will not have to pay any money at the time of services.
